Chapter Seven

It's been a few weeks since we met for Study together. Since we started, we've moved the study to the Chase House from the Sidewinder Cafe. I've also stopped drinking coffee--an interesting experience to say the least. Those of you who know me will know how extreme a move that is for me... It's just that i can't justify the expense, and don't want to wait for the medical field to finally announce that coffee's as deadly as cigarettes. Whatever

Anyway, here we are in Ch. 7. Just click on the title to this entry to pull up the passage. It's a neat little thing that I can do on Blogger.

Comment away! I'll lay down some more thoughts on this during the week.

This is the chapter that has "den of thieves" in it. Like in John 2 where Jesus cleanses the temple and says that they made it into a den of thieves...

actually he doesn't use that term in the Jn. 2 account. It's in the Matthew 21 account... Mt. 21:12-17

See also Jer. 7:11

I went back last night and read Jer. 1-7 in a row. It's a great exercise...

Think of the potential for you if you just read like this, incrementally building and studying through discussion. Such a knowledge of Scripture will help you in the deepest ways!
